Adelman Employee Spotlight: Meet Matt!
At Adelman Travel, we seek to fill our teams with individuals who will uphold our core values of service, accountability, transparency, and quality care for our customers. We think our employees are pretty amazing people, and we believe you will too! Each week, we’ll feature a different employee on our blog to share some of the talented people who make up our team.
This week’s featured employee is Matt Richardson, Marketing & Design Assistant, based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
Matt joined the Adelman team at the start of 2022 and immediately jumped in to support the unique marketing needs of Adelman’s leisure business lines including, Adelman Vacations, Chamber Discoveries, Adelman Discoveries and Food & Wine Trails. Matt brings a new level of creativity and skillset to the team, gained from his previous work experience and marketing education from The University of Wisconsin -La Crosse. Throughout his short tenure at Adelman, he has made a BIG IMPACT in a variety of areas such as: helping to launch the new Adelman Vacations’ website, creating new brochure templates for the escorted tours & group travel teams, boosting our social media following with engaging campaigns, contests and creative video clips.
Matt’s professionalism, productivity and can-do attitude are a few of the unique attributes which makes him a successful employee & colleague at Adelman Travel! He is always willing to jump in to help, learn new programs and processes, and bring his imaginative ideas to the table!
We asked Matt to share: How has your career grown since starting at Adelman?

“For me, joining Adelman Travel was an amazing opportunity to express my passion for travel, marketing, graphic design, and learn about everything the travel industry has to offer. I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with so many fantastic individuals, learned more than I could imagine during my time here so far and I am excited for what the future holds with Adelman Travel!”
