Adelman Employee Spotlight: Meet LaShandra!

Each week, we’ll feature a different employee on our blog to share some of the talented people who make up our team.

This week’s featured employee is LaShandra Robertson, Client Success Advisor, based in the Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas area.

LaShandra joined Adelman in 2016 as a solutions-focused professional with many years of experience in driving the development and implementation of key account management strategies, revenue generating sales initiatives, relationship management and customer service.  In her role as a Client Success Advisor, she proactively engages with corporate travel customers and exceeds goals by consistently delivering extraordinary customer service across her entire client portfolio. LaShandra is fearless!  She not only embraces challenges but works to identify immediate solutions, bringing forward recommendations and collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure she delivers on the customers’ goals and objectives.

In addition to LaShandra’s regular responsibilities, she is an active member of Adelman’s Employee Engagement Committee, where she is always listening, soliciting feedback, and helping to drive change across the organization.

We asked LaShandra: How has your career grown since starting in your role at Adelman Travel?

LaShandra’s response in her own words:

“I’ve learned so much during my 6-year tenure here at Adelman and enjoy being a part of such a supportive team and company.  This, along with the opportunity to work with the Client Success Advisor customer base continues to be a rewarding challenge contributing both to my personal and professional growth.”
