I just wanted to pass on my compliments for Alissa Flynn.  She did a fantastic job today!  Well-paced, well prepared, poised and shared everything we needed in a clean and concise fashion.  It went very well!

I want to extend a MASSIVE compliment to Bee Chang.  It is no secret that technology is not my strong suit but dealing with Bee has made it a joy.  He is kind, patient, pleasant to work with and understanding that not everyone is a computer guru.  He is always responsive and follows up.  He is a true asset to our technology department.

It is so refreshing to work with Alissa Flynn.  She is always willing to and has gone the extra mile to help in anyway she can, she has a great outlook and a great sense of humor, which is much needed with some of the issues that we encounter day to day.  She has never turned me down when I need assistance.  She listens with empathy and compassion and is determined to help you get things resolved.  I love working with her!

A BIG THANK YOU TO BEA JAMES!  She is always willing to help me out!

All of my coworkers are amazing. Everyone is always ready to help.  Special shout outs to Vicki Hoffman, Darlene DeCenzo, and Beth Abromaitis who I seem to bug more than most for opinions and help.  Couldn’t ask for a better team!

Thank you to Vicki Hoffman for all your hard work. I could not do my job without the support from Vicki.  Not sure how she handles everything that falls under her area, but she knows how everything works and is a great resource to get issues resolved. And she is enjoyable to work with!

Lisa Kuglitsch is an all-star! She always makes herself available and follows up in a timely manner.

Vicki Hoffman manages chaos with such a calm presence. She never gets flustered and is always in control when I go to her with any issues that clients may be having.

Melinda Kirkham & Vanessa Morgan already wear multiple hats, yet they selflessly continue putting their name in the hat for additional responsibilities to lift the burden for others

Lori Lang deserves the employee of the year award and to think it’s only May!

Alissa Flynn has a kind heart with a big smile for all of our clients.

Jason Ellis is the man! Great taste in TV shows, raises several chickens in his backyard, and crushes cases in Salesforce like it’s nobody’s business!

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Patricia O’Dell. She has been amazing and really stepped up to the plate to help out everyone on the Vacations side. With the phone ringing off the hook the past few weeks, I don’t know what we would have done without her help and support.

After reading the Co-worker Compliments email there was one person who came to mind…Trisha O’Dell!! I honestly can say I don’t know where I would be without her. As everyone knows the last year has been a whirlwind of ups and downs, and tons of emotions but any time I turned to Trisha for assistance or help with a client she was more than happy to assist me. She has sat on hold for countless hours, Invoiced, assisted clients when I was unavailable, kept me organized when I was gone, reminded me of important meetings and the list goes on. She didn’t have to do any of these things for me but she did it out of the kindness of her heart and I am forever grateful for her as a co-worker and a friend. Shelly and Adelman knew what they were doing when they added her to the Vacations team!!!

Angela Abbate I am sure must have some superpowers!  It is amazing how she is always able to overcome any obstacle thrown her way. I could not have gotten through these last five years without her. I wonder what her secret is…

Becca Hughes ALWAYS goes above and beyond in all aspects of her work.  Her dedication is outstanding and I really appreciate her contribution to the team!

April Torina is fantastic at always recognizing the staff for their birthdays and accomplishments.  She is always thinking about other members of the team.  She is very considerate of others and it is very heart warming.  She is great at cheering everyone up!

Sandy Birbeck, of Chamber Discoveries, has been helping the Food & Wine Trails team out during an extremely busy time.  Having her part of our team has made a huge difference.

Kelli Surdell and Suzanne Burr have been amazing in always helping new employees get up to speed and offering additional training for them when needed.

Suzanne Burr even when the going gets tough, she continues to have the best attitude.

Amanda Narva is new to the F&WT and has been fantastic to work with.  It is really admirable how she always sees projection through from conception to completion and is always willing to help everyone out.

Greg Nacco has been our hero for over 5 years now.  He can solve any problem and is always going to bat with the suppliers to help our customers in every way possible. Greg deserves the “RED CAPE” award.

I’d like to thank Fran Wilder for always speaking up in team meetings and providing a unique perspective.  Her contribution has been invaluable.

Logan Chirhart-Wentzel is one of the most reliable employees on the team.  Her work ethic speaks for itself.

I am continually impressed by the marketing materials produced by Michelle Foster.  Also, her contribution to the team in the copy editing has made a world of difference in the professionalism of our letters and shore tour descriptions.

I don’t know how she does it, but Vicki Hoffman never misses a beat.  She is quick and helpful to anyone who reaches out to her, whether it is a client, and employee, or another department.  She works incredibly hard and really embodies the spirit of being “All In.” We are all very lucky she is on our team.

Alissa Flynn is such a tremendous resource.  I don’t know how she managed to work through the DecisionSource transition while still working on all the other things she manages.  And she does it all with such a positive attitude!  She is always looking forward to improve what we do, finding opportunities for departmental collaboration, and is thoughtful about all of her interactions.  I really appreciate everything she does and wanted to recognize all of her contributions to Adelman.

Joe Peltier is the definition of team player.  He is always raising his hand to help our team, our clients, and other departments.  I appreciate his positive attitude and thoughtfulness about how to move Adelman forward.

Jeffrey Prell is a rock star.  If it wasn’t obvious from the letters we get about him from clients already, he approaches his interactions and client relationships with passion, strategy, and pragmatism.  He’s been a resource to the client success team, helping educate them on Global Account Management, Decisionsource, and is the in house Excel guru.  We are lucky to have him on our team.

Linda Kapinos leaves no stone unturned.   Her experience and her ability to analyze processes helps clients and internal teams to better understand where improvements can be found.  She always thinks big picture about ways to strive for more efficiency and  to bring more value to Adelman services.   She is an invaluable part of the Adelman Travel family!

Denni Alba is always reaching for what is next.  She is never satisfied with what she knows or what she does.  She is straight forward with our clients, and allows her expertise to help guide them to better solutions while driving revenue for Adelman.  She also consistently raises her hand to help take on extra projects and work to help get us through these difficult times.  She is a true asset to our Client Success team.

Steven Vosbigian manages a tremendous workload, demanding clients all while moving cheerfully along and finding new revenue sources.   Always a consummate professional, he easily handles challenges that come up and forges ahead regardless of the task at hand.  We are lucky to have his tenacity and steady hand helping our clients and our team.

I want to compliment Sarah Paola for the amazing work she does in marketing.   From putting together sales information, client communications, blog posts, updating our website, posting to social media, planning and promoting webinar events to contributing to helping relaunch the Employee Engagement Committee, and a million other things – I sincerely don’t know how she does it all… does it all so well… and does it with such a positive and team focused attitude.  Our marketing game has never been so on point at Adelman.  Thank you, Sarah!

I want to compliment Laura Schad from Marketing.   Taking on the work of all of our proposals takes so much time, but she works so hard (and late hours) to make sure everything is organized, executed effectively, and delivered on time.  She extremely talented and reliable.  I’m glad she is part of Team Adelman.

Thank you to Maria Cyr for always lending a helping hand and most importantly , with a smile! You can hear it in her voice!

I wanted to send a HUGE thank you to Trish O’Dell (Vacations Administrative Assistant).  I don’t know what I would do without her.  She is amazing and never says no! My sales are only where they are at because of Trish.  She is a godsend!!

Shout out to Accounting who I said earlier today “definitely had my back”.  They are so laser focused; they catch every little mistake in a timely manner which means in most cases it is still fixable. What a hard-working team: Tina Gordon, Jamie Rick and Jennifer Berlin, kudos to you!

I like the way Brian Garrison can take a customer that is difficult and with his calm demeanor, knowledge and experience, turn them back to happy fans!

Jennifer Torre thank you for your leadership. You simplify the complex.

Alissa Flynn thank you for representing our company well.  Your positive attitude is contagious.

Sarah Paola and Laura Schad thank you both for making a huge difference. Marketing’s contributions have a positive impact on retaining and winning new customers.
