No more long lists of unused e-tickets! aTrak Pro is used to monitor and manage all usage, non-usage, refunds and exchanges of electronic tickets. aTrak Pro scans our Global Distribution System (GDS) every day for electronic tickets, and compares the status of the tickets to its database. If a segment or whole ticket has not been traveled on in 72 hours after the travel date, the electronic ticket is considered unused and will be reported. aTrak Pro can also automatically update the individual profiles of corporate travelers with unused ticket information
