We at WG Turbine Control Services have used Adelman (formerly PTC) exclusively as our travel provider since we formed our business in late 2002. I have found the service to be consistently excellent. I am a frequent and demanding traveler, and I find that the Adelman team works hard to satisfy my travel requirements while always finding a competitive price on air fares, hotels, and rental cars. On many occasions, I have requested international tickets at what I thought was a very low price, only to have my agent call back a day later to say that their "International Desk" had obtained an even cheaper price than what was previously quoted. I have also been very pleased with their responsiveness and diligence in making changes to international itineraries when my plans suddenly changed, and I have always arrived at the airport to find everything in order and waiting for me.

Adelman provides, at their own initiative, and end of year report that I greatly appreciate. As a business unit leader, it gives me the tools I need to review the travel habits of my team and make policy changes which save considerable amounts of money without reducing the quality of travel.

I would be pleased to discuss my recommendation with anyone who has an interest. I believe that consistently high-quality service and fair pricing have earned Adelman the right to receive WG's most serious consideration as we consolidate our travel support into a single provider.

Once again your travel consultants went above and beyond.

Two of our employees were flying to a very important meeting. Apparently a United flight was having mechanical issues and the travelers were concerned that they would miss their connection.

From 8:00 am until 11:10 am, Stephanie Wright from Adelman was on the phone with United trying to determine if the airline was going to hold the flight or arrange another flight. She determined what other options were available and got United to put notes in the file to ensure other flights from getting dropped and passed on this important information to me.

United did hold the connection flight and the employees made their important meeting. Stephanie really pulled through for us.

Also, I have to mention that Sunny Sullivan from Adelman helped me coordinate a two week trip to Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Seoul that literally took seven full days to arrange. Then we had to duplicate half of it for another traveler. It took extensive effort and some heart-stopping moments, but I always knew it would work out because Sunny had my back, as she always does.

I really enjoy having Adelman as our travel agency. I could never have gotten through this with our old service.
